Once you have booked in your RapidFirePortrait session, you will receive an email with tips and tricks to prep for your shoot, what to wear and bring, and a confirmation about the time and place of your photoshoot. On the day of you shoot, we ask you please arrive at least 5 minutes early. We will get you checked in and ready for your shoot. During your shoot, Tobin (the magician behind the lens) will coach you through the photoshoot. We take care of all the little things, like what to do with your hands, so all you have to do is relax and enjoy the process. After a series of different set-ups and poses, you’re brief time in from of the lens done! That’s it!

In-Studio Session: within 5 days, we will email you a link to an online proof gallery made up of 20 of the best images. If you would like help choosing, we can arrange for a 15 minute selection session, where we screenshare and walk you through our refined process to choose the ones you love.

Just the one you arrive in. We suggest wearing layers. Simply taking off a jacket or tie can give you multiple looks from one outfit. If you would like more than one outfit, you can stack RapidFirePortrait sessions (see the answer to the question below).

Yes you can! Yup, it's that simple. Each RapidFirePortraits session includes one outfit and 2 images, so if you want multiple outfits and 2 images for each... go for it. 2 sessions will be 2x10 minutes with 2 outfits/people and the amount of images purchased in each package added together. 3 sessions will be 3x10 minutes with 3 outfits/people and the amount of images purchased in each package added together.

Everyone is welcome to participate in this heartwarming event! Here's how it works: For group photos, book the number of sessions corresponding to the number of people. For instance, two people require booking two sessions, and so on. Parents or guardians must accompany any participant under the age of 16.

Choose from our specially curated packages: Package 1: Includes the session and 2 high-resolution digital images for $320 (usually $370). Package 2: Includes the session and 10 high-resolution digital images for $390 (usually $1250). Package 3: Get the full gallery of 20 high-resolution digital images along with the session for only $450 (usually $2350). Payment Method: Secure your spot with a credit card. Deposits and Upfront Payments: Once you book with us you will receive an email from Mr&Mrs Smith Studios with an invoice attached. We understand that plans can change, so here’s our cancellation policy: Cancel or reschedule your session 96+ hours before, and there's no charge. Cancellations made 48-96 hours before the session will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 100% cancellation fee. Event Cancellation by Organizers: If, for any unforeseen reason (like the photographer falling ill), we need to reschedule the event, we’ll strive to accommodate you at your preferred time and date. If we can't reschedule to your satisfaction, rest assured, no fees will be charged.

Duration of Each Session: Each session lasts up to 10 minutes. Stacking sessions allows for an additional 10 minutes per session. Number of Subjects per Portrait: To include multiple people in one photo, book a number of sessions equal to the number of people (e.g., 2 people = 2 sessions). Dress Code or Theme: Feel free to wear one outfit per session. We suggest layers for varied looks without an official outfit change. For a complete outfit change, consider stacking another session. Deliverables Final Product: High-resolution polished digital images, accessible in an online gallery and through our app. Timeline for Delivery: Online proof gallery provided within 5 days of the shoot for image selection (final delivery within 5 days for Package 3), followed by delivery of final images within 72 hours of us receiving your selection. Additional Purchases: Additional images can be purchased for $110 each. Post-Processing and Editing Extent of Editing: Online proofs will be raw, but selected images will be finely retouched, including fly-away removal, gentle skin tone evening, and our signature digital darkroom processing. Timeline for Post-Processing: Delivery of the final image within 72 hours of us receiving your selection.

Usage Rights and Copyright Client's Rights: Images are for personal and professional use. Credit “photo by Mr&MrsSmith Studios” where possible. Misrepresentation of our work will result in a cease and desist letter. Photographer's Rights: Unless informed otherwise, we reserve the right to use your images for promotional purposes on social media, our website, and printed material. Liability and Limitations Liability Limitation: We're insured against unforeseen accidents and strive to provide a safe environment. We're not responsible for mishaps arising from not following instructions. Disclaimer for Dissatisfaction: Due to the nature of our service, there are no refunds after the delivery of online proofs. Privacy Policy Handling of Personal Information: All client information is kept confidential. Consent for Promotional Use: Unless otherwise requested in writing, we may use your images for promotional purposes. Dispute Resolution Handling Disputes: We pride ourselves on a high client satisfaction rate. However, if issues arise, we encourage clients to contact us directly for resolution. We believe in fair and reasonable solutions, though we don't subscribe to the notion that "the customer is always right." Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and adjudicated in the local courts of Stratford, Ontario. Amendment Policy Conditions for Amendments: Terms may be amended to adapt to changing circumstances or legal requirements. Notification of Amendments: Clients will be notified of any significant amendments via email or through an announcement on our website. Acknowledgment and Agreement Acceptance of Terms: By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Signature: No signature is required; booking constitutes agreement.
